If you get lost

First of all, remember that the United States is north of you. If you are near downtown and it is daytime, look for the mountains on the west. Remember, the sun will be in the east in the morning. If it is night, look for the star on Mount Franklin in El Paso. Another landmark is the giant Mexican flag. This is in the Pronaf area. From the Pronaf area, go west about half a mile to Avenida de las Americas, head north, turn left when the road ends. That road takes you to the Free Bridge (Bridge of the Americas). Alternatively, from the Pronaf area, head south about half a mile to 16th of September, take a right there, take it all the way downtown, turn right on Juarez Avenue. This takes you over the Santa Fe bridge. If you are far on the East side of Juarez, near the Zaragosa Bridge, see other instructions on this site about that. Also, see the instructions about the 16th of September/Paseo Triunfo de la Republica/Avenida Tecnologico/Carretera Panamericana. If you can find this long, central road, it will either take you downtown (if you head west) or to Chihuahua (four hours away).
